Welcome to Lomofei! Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before ordering Contact Lenses from our website. You accept these terms and conditions when placing an order.
Shipping and Delivery
International Shipping
At the moment, shipping is only available in Bangladesh. We are working on expanding our shipping options to include international deliveries in the future. However, there will be an extra fee and a longer delivery time.
Delivery Timeframes
Local orders take around 2-5 days to arrive, depending on your location.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs vary depending on shipping methods and destinations. The estimated shipping costs are visible at checkout.
Returns & Exchange Policy
Lomofei does everything to make your experience satisfying.
Cooling-Off Period
We understand that you may need to return or exchange an item. Details on how to return and exchange are:
Return Policy
Most new, unopened items can be returned within three days of delivery.
We will pay return shipping if we are wrong (the item is defective or incorrect, for example).
Contact lenses with corrective power are custom-made medical devices and, for hygiene reasons, cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.
Conditions for Return
Items must meet the following criteria to be eligible for returns:
Unused
Unopened
In its original packaging
Not impaired or modified in any way
Once your package is delivered to the return shipper, your refund will be processed within two weeks. This process includes:
Transit takes 3 to 5 business days.
Returns are processed within 3-5 business days of receiving the product.
2-4 business days for your bank to process the refund.

Exchange Policy
Most items can be exchanged within 3 days of purchase. If you want to return an item for a different color, it must be returned in original condition with the original tags attached. Also, the desired color must be in stock.
Return Process
To return an item, follow these steps:

Packaging: Repackage with all original tags, labels, and accessories. Please package the item in its original packaging.
Shipping: Use a strong shipping box with enough protective materials (like bubble wrap and packing peanuts) to prevent damage. You must give us your return shipping address, or we will issue a pickup form to our courier. Also, retain postage proof.
Shipping Information
Within Dhaka: BDT 80 (Cash on delivery).
Outside Dhaka: BDT 150 (Steadfast/REDX/Pathao & Sundarban Courier Services)
Shipping will be confirmed at checkout according to your selected option and product availability.
Product Quality Guarantee or Warranty
We offer a warranty against manufacturing defects on unopened contact lenses for 3 days from purchase.
Please note that we can't guarantee that all contact lenses will be manufactured according to the highest industry quality standards or free from defects when we ship.
Age Restrictions
Selling contact lenses to minors is legally restricted to persons 18 or older. Contact lenses should only be worn when prescribed by an eye care professional.
Disclaimers
Contact lenses are medical devices that must be cared for properly and handled with clean hands.
Always follow the instructions provided by your eye care professional and lens manufacturer.
We do not accept liability for complications or adverse reactions caused by contact lenses.
Service Providers and Third Parties
To process payments, third-party processors are used (e.g., Bkash, Rocket, Nagad, Visa card, Mastercard, and bank account).
Our third-party shipping carriers include, but are not limited to, organizations like Steadfast Courier, Pathao Courier, Redx Courier, Sundarban Courier Service, etc.
Intellectual Property
Debt in your bank account by Lens Shop BD, Lomofei, are trademarks of Lomofei.
Whether by photocopying, recording, storing, or retrieving information, no portion of this website, including articles, graphics, or logos, may be reproduced or transmitted without written permission from the publisher.
