Returns Policy
We offer returns for most new, unopened items within 3 days after delivery. If we make a mistake, such as sending a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Conditions for Return
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.
- Prescription power lenses are non-returnable.
Refund Process
Once your package is handed over to the return shipper, your refund should be processed within two weeks. This includes:
- 3 to 5 business days for transit.
- 3 to 5 business days to process the return once received.
- 2 to 4 business days for your bank to process the refund.

Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for most items within 3 days of purchase. If you wish to exchange an item for a different color, the item must be in original condition with the original tags attached, and the desired color must be in stock.
Return Process
To return an item, please follow these steps:

- Packaging: If possible, repackage the item in its original packaging, including all original tags, labels, and accessories.
- Shipping: Use a sturdy shipping box with sufficient protective materials (e.g., bubble wrap, packing peanuts) to prevent damage. We will provide you with the return shipping address or arrange pickup via our courier.
- Proof of Postage: Retain proof of postage for your records.
Shipping Information
Delivery Charges
- Inside Dhaka: 80 BDT (Cash on Delivery)
- Outside Dhaka: 150 BDT (Delivery via Steadfast/REDX/Pathao & Sundarban Courier services)
Based on your selected shipping option and product availability, we will estimate your shipping and delivery dates. Shipping costs and delivery time will be confirmed during checkout.

- Prescription lenses, customized products, or sale items are non-returnable.
