(খুব গুরুত্বপূর্ণ) স্বাস্থ্যবিধি :আপনার চোখে ব্যাকটেরিয়া বা জীবাণু স্থানান্তর এড়াতে আপনার লেন্স পরিচালনা করার আগে আপনার হাত ধোয়া অপরিহার্য। যে কোনও কারসাজির আগে আপনার হাত ধোয়া একটি নিয়মকে সম্মান করা উচিত। আপনার চোখের উপর আপনার লেন্স স্থাপন করার আগে সর্বদা পরীক্ষা করুন যে এটি নিখুঁত অবস্থায় আছে কোন ছিঁড়ে যাওয়া, ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত প্রান্ত।

আমাদের লেন্সগুলি দীর্ঘ সময়ের জন্য ব্যবহার করা যেতে পারে, এইগুলো ১ বছরের জন্য আপনি  ব্যবহার করতে পারবেন । আপনি যদি প্রতিদিনের স্বাস্থ্যবিধি নিয়মগুলি প্রয়োগ করেন তবে আপনি লেন্সগুলো নিখুঁত অবস্থায় রাখতে পারবেন।

আপনার চোখের উপর আপনার লেন্স লাগানোর পরে, আপনার কেসটি ভালভাবে খালি করুন এবং লেন্সের দ্রবণ/সল্যুশন ওয়াটার দিয়ে পরিষ্কার করুন এবং শুকাতে দিন। এই কৌশলটি স্থির তরলে জীবাণুর বিস্তার রোধ করবে।
